Kelly Wagner literally grew up in a premier flower shop, as the daughter of Gary Wagner a noted businessman and floral designer who owned Phoebe floral shop from 1989 to 2004 his expertise includes large events, such as Lehigh Valley Hospital and Desales University Dallas, country club, decorations, and more. Kelly focuses on the customer creating unique floral pieces that bring their visions to life.
